Financial record is available to public viewing and they will be audited by Internal Revenue Service as a requirement to qualify the continuing non profit status. (501c3 organization)

Staff Compensation
Pursuant to bylaw Article VI, section 6.06: "Board of Directors serves without compensation. Directors shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out their duties on behalf of the corporation subject to approval by the Board of directors."

Investment Objective
Donations received adds to the seed money of the foundation. Board of Directors will determine the amount of scholarship funding each year.
