Note: As of 2026, we are only accepting submissions via email. We are no longer accepting mail-in packages. You will find instructions in the cover sheet document.
For any returning applicants (applicants who have applied for and received a scholarship from HSF in a previous year), we have provided additional instructions regarding the personal statement and letters of recommendation. Please make sure to read the application carefully and provide updated documents.
