Financial records are available for public viewing and are audited by Internal Revenue Service as a requirement to qualify for continuing non profit status. (501c3 organization)

Staff Compensation
Pursuant to bylaw Article VI, section 6.06: “Board of Directors serves without compensation. Directors shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out their duties on behalf of the corporation subject to approval by the board of directors.”

Investment Objective
Donations received add to the seed money for the foundation. The Board of Directors determines the total amount of scholarship funding provided each year.
