To apply, please download and review the above documents. Complete all required sections as listed in the cover sheet. Include all required documents in the application.
Note that this year, we are only accepting submissions via email. We are no longer accepting mail-in packages. You will find instructions in the cover sheet document.
For any returning applicants (applicants who have applied for and received a scholarship from HSF in a previous year), we have provided additional instructions regarding the personal statement and letters of recommendation. Please make sure to read the application carefully and provide updated documents.
